Terrine is a traditional snack, which is usually eaten with thin loaves. There is no classical recipe, like the canonical list of ingredients. Terrines are made from different types of meat, fish and even vegetables. Today we have found for you a cheese version with vegetables.

Ingredients

Instructions

  1. The first thing you need to prepare gelatin. Put it in a small container, pour 3 tablespoons of water and leave for 10 minutes to swell. When it is sufficiently saturated with water, bring it to a slow dissolution in a saucepan until it dissolves completely.
  2. Radish and herbs finely cut. Curd the cheese with a fork, mix with cream, radish, herbs, juice of half a lemon, salt and spices. Add the gelatin and mix thoroughly.
  3. The bottom and walls of the baking dish are lined with a food film and filled with curd. Cover it with a heavy ditch and send it to the refrigerator for 4-5 hours. Before serving, cut the ready terrine into portions. Serve with bread or potatoes.
