  1. Clean mushrooms, broth, cool and finely chop. Do not pour out the broth, but use the mushroom soup for further cooking.
  2. Fish, if necessary, treat and cut into pieces.
  3. Finely chop the onion. Carrot rub on the middle grater. Cut the potatoes into cubes. Grind the greens.
  4. On olive oil fry onions, add carrots and mushrooms and cook for another 7 minutes.
  5. In boiling water, pour the bay leaf, black pepper, potatoes and cook for 10 minutes.
  6. Then add mushroom fry and cook for 5 minutes.
  7. Put the fish in the mushroom fish, salting and cooking for 7 minutes.
  8. At the end, put the greens, cook for another 3-5 minutes and turn off the fire.
  9. Give the mushroom ear a little insisting and give it hot.
